Staff was very friendly, but everything is very expensive and took 15-20 minutes for very basic food. They weren't even busy. Egg & cheese croissant was $8. Comes with a small side of celery & ranch.
They royally screwed up a couple of my friends orders. Added sauce when asked not to, even the wrong type of meat on 1. Everything was mediocre. The latte was made like a cappuccino.
Unfortunately the hotel they are in is a dump, but it matches the rest of Corpus.
They ARE 24 hours though, so bonus there. On a Sunday, they're literally 1 of the only places open. -

The good thing is it's open 24 hours and fairly quiet.
As far as the coffee goes, the employees have no idea what they're doing. I'm an experienced barista and the employees have seemingly no training on the espresso machine. Scalded milk and terrible foam on my latte. Asked about the single origin coffee pour over on their menu and the employee just said "we don't do that" and that the big menu we spent a few minutes looking at wasn't the real menu. Could tell that the employees didn't really care. I wouldn't go here unless there's literally nothing else open.
If the owner read this, you could have a really cool thing. Take down your fake menu. Get someone in there who really knows what they're doing and can train your employees well. -

I'm staying at the hotel it's attached to and it's open 24/7 which is very convenient. The food is ok, the coffee is wonderful but everything is overpriced for the portion size and taste. If you're looking to start your morning with a coffee in a chill environment, this is the place to go but if you want a snack or some munchies after a night out, you're better off going to whataburger.
